MANAGING
MEMBER LAFAYETTE L. CRUMP is a graduate of Duke University School of
Law, Duke's undergraduate school and the University School of Milwaukee.
Following law school, Lafayette spent five years developing legal skills
at two of Wisconsin's largest and most well-respected law firms, Foley
& Lardner and Quarles & Brady. At these firms, Lafayette was
able to practice in a multitude of areas, gaining broad insight into
the legal aspects of countless business matters. He represented clients
in the areas of commercial and intellectual property litigation, trade
secret defense, government affairs (including campaign finance and lobbying
matters), mergers & acquisitions, franchise/distributor disputes,
internet law, business formation, white collar crime and defense of
First Amendment rights.
